Delivery and Return Policy
Delivery Procedures:
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 10 business days after successful processing.
- Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated on a fixed-cost basis, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Delivery Area: Currently, delivery is limited to Gauteng. We are actively expanding to other provinces. Please check our website or contact us at info@dreamchoice.co.za for updates.
- Delivery Options: We offer delivery to your home or work address. For remote areas, we will arrange alternative delivery points or pick-up options. If you experience any delivery challenges, please contact us at info@dreamchoice.co.za or WhatsApp us on 0647373500. A customer care consultant will assist you.
- Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Return Policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Contact our customer care department at info@dreamchoice.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Process:
- Our team will arrange to collect the returned items from your home or work address.
- Shoppers* may be charged a 12.5% handling fee, depending on the circumstances.
- Builders* will not be charged a handling fee, but cash back rewards will not be paid for the referring month of the return.
- Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
- All refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the claim date.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@dreamchoice.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Additional Notes:
- Shoppers: Individuals who purchase products without registering for the cash back rewards program.
- Builders: Individuals who register for the cash back rewards program and purchase products.
